Hi! My name is Bonnie. Do you like to run, hike or bicycle? Do you have a ball or frisbee that needs fetched? Do you need someone to keep you company?

Well I’m the dog for you! I have lots of energy and like to go, go, go!! I’m a small American Staffordshire cross and my staff tell me that I’m pure muscle! My favorite toys are squeaky toys. But I love chasing balls and frisbees too. Are you interested in meeting me? Bring your frisbee!

Potential adopters must have experience with this breed. A home with no other pets or small children is preferred.

DUKE

Breed: Rottweiler
Color: Black / Tan
Sex: M
Spayed/Neutered: Yes
Age: 2y 2m 0d
Size: Large
Weight: 44.5 kilogram
Good with dogs: yes
Good with cats/small animals: no

A handsome ladies man with a lot of live to give! Now when we say ladies man we mean it literally. Duke likes all humans but he has a big soft spot for females, a true mama’s boy you could say. He has a tendency to push the boundaries with males, so a confident, patient leader with power breed knowledge is what Duke is looking for to help him unlock his potential. After all, he really just wants to be the goodest boy!

Duke is a lively energetic boy that still displays some of that puppy mentality and behaviour, but he’s trying very hard to get it right. Continued training and clear boundaries is a must to help him thrive through his ‘teenage’ years and transition into your family.

Duke does well with other dogs and has made a couple of friends during his shelter stay. He would love to be the center of attention and the apple of your eye but he would also love another dog to play with and to teach him. Duke has met some kids and could be be in a home with older/teenage kids that would to play and wrestle with him. We do not recommend young children in the home as he can get quite boisterous and mouthy when he is riled up and all he wants to do is play.

THUNDER

Breed: Siberian Husky
Color: Grey / Black / White
Sex: M
Spayed/Neutered: Yes
Age: 2y 4m 17d
Size: Large
Weight: 77 pound
Good with dogs: Yes
Good with cats/small animals: no

Thunder is a cuddly, friendly big Husky mix fellow. Folks who like and know the Husky breed will LOVE this guy. He does have a high prey drive with smaller animals (ie: squirrels, etc.) We would recommend No cats due to this slight hiccup in his personality. People are totally his thing – LOVES people . Our extensive experience with Huskies, we recommend a fenced hard to ensure he doesn’t wander about and get himself into trouble.
