It’s another hot one out there!

Summer temperaturs are finally here, which is good news for most but not for pets left in hot cars!

With temperatures soaring, it’s important to take your pet’s health and safety into consideration. Hot temperatures pose many dangers to pets.

Keep your pet cool this summer by providing fresh, cool water at all times. If your dog loves water, then a large tub or kiddie pool might be a great addition to your yard. You can also keep pets cool by making them refreshing treats like frozen chicken broth in ice cube trays!

We invite you to help spread the word about the dangers of leaving pets unattended in hot vehicles by sharing the No Hot Pets message. Take the pledge on nohotpets.ca to receive your free window decal and spread the word on social media by using the hashtag #nohotpets.

Together, we can make this a summer of No Hot Pets!
